1. We are committed to having diverse community members as part of our equity work within our department.

4. Within the Outreach group, we, as staff, are committed to researching and compiling resources and information to share with others related to equitable practices as it relates to diverse communities.
5. We are committed to look at our current practices and programs, collect data, and develop goals to improve services for all stakeholders as it relates to equity in our programming.
