WDBTAP supports interveners who are currently working with a student who is deafblind in the following ways:
- Provide scholarships for training individuals working with a child who has a combined vision and hearing loss.
- Offer coaching during the intervener practicum course.
- Provide ongoing support to interveners in the field.
- Provide ongoing support to school districts on the use of an intervener.
