National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is built on four pillars.  All NHS members are expected to uphold these qualities: character, scholarship, leadership, and service. To qualify for this organization, high school students must meet GPA qualifications after 3 semesters at WSD and maintain the GPA. The current GPA requirement is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Members participate in an annual community service project, Spring Banquet for new Inductees, officer roles and meetings. The
NHS is the oldest society in the US to recognize scholastic achievement.
