WDBTAP provides free services to deafblind children from the ages of birth through students in high school transition programs up to age 21. These services are made possible through grant funding from the Office of Special Education Programing (OSEP). To qualify for the grant, WDBTAP is required to administer an annual child count on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). This information must be updated annually for students to continue participating in WDBTAP programming at home or at school.
