Quest / Prom 2024

WHAT IS QUEST/PROM WEEKEND?

Quest/Prom is a weekend for Wisconsin high school students who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind who are freshman – seniors in high school. This three day event will be jam-packed with workshops, deaf adult role models, and peer-to-peer opportunities. This is a chance for students from throughout Wisconsin to connect in person for learning and fun!

The highlight for the weekend will be a Prom on Saturday night! The theme for this year is: “May the Force (4th) Be with You”  at Wisconsin School for the Deaf, Delavan, Wi.

Wisconsin Educational Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (WESP-DHH) Campus – Delavan WI

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Wisconsin High School Students (grades 9-12)

This weekend is for ALL students with hearing loss – Hard of Hearing, Deaf and DeafBlind. (Interpreters are provided for communication access)

WHAT DOES IT COST?

$50.00 – covers all activities

Registration Deadline: APRIL 5, 2024

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION INCLUDE?

– Registration covers the entire event and all activities
– Lodging at Wisconsin School for the Deaf (WSD) dorms (Friday and Saturday nights)
– All Meals/Snacks
– Prom
– T-Shirt
– Roundtrip transportation for students from various pick up locations throughout Wisconsin Friday & Sunday

In addition to this form, parents will need to complete through docusign:

– Photo/media release
– High school verification/good standing form
– Medical consent & Medication Permit 

Once all the registration is completed, additional information for transportation, weekend packing checklist, schedule and other details will be emailed to you.
