Flyer for family meet and greet on February 6, 2020 at Central Wisconsin Children's Museum in Stevens Point from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Text reads: Meet & Greet, Families of Kids with Hearing Loss, All Ages & Stages. "All About My Child." Who should attend: Parents, caregivers, children, extended family & siblings! Where: Central Wisconsin Children's Museum, 1100 Main Street, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Why: This parent-led event will be fun for the whole family! How: Children can play in the museum; free childcare upon request; discussion group with current topic; the adults (parents/extended family/caregivers) will meet in a conference room on the same floor as the kids to share experiences/resources; family story time. This event is supported by these programs and organizations: Outreach Services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind, Parent Mentor Program & Deaf Mentor Program, Wisconsin Sound Beginnings, Parents Reaching Out, Portage County Birth to Three Program, Central Wisconsin Children's Museum, and Northern Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs. *If local school/after school activity is closed then this event will be canceled and will not be rescheduled.
